
These caramel rolls were made from the dough for my all time favorite bread recipe (from Feeding the Whole Family by Cynthia Lair). The actual caramel sauce came from The Joy of Cooking. Anyway, when I took these out of the oven, they looked like a work of art! And they tasted amazing!!

After sleeping on it all night I wanted to add:
Food is patience, movement, science, math and chemistry. When you involve children and they are allowed to measure, stir, kneed, watch and taste you are teaching. When food is as beautiful as those sticky buns it is also art and healing. Don't sell yourself short.
